The Marketing Lead ensures Acura marketing supports the business goals and targets set out by Sales Operations through the development of strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives. The Marketing Lead ensures business objectives are achieved through the management of campaign creation, social media content strategy, and zone advertising support by leading activities with stakeholder departments (Web, Media, CRM, PR) and agency partners. Additionally, the Marketing Lead is responsible for ensuring adherence to the budget and project timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with partner agencies to create and/or adapt creative for use in various media channels, such as digital, mobile, social media, and OOH (Out of Home) to support key activities and launches;
- Manage and oversee the brand and retail development of creative and media strategies, ensuring consistency through all mediums;
- Develop, present, track, and create countermeasures for yearly Advertising objectives using monthly CAPDO reflections, program meeting support and annual business plan exercises;
- Support zone/dealer advertising for asset distribution, on-going consultation, playbook support and quarterly audit;
- Manage the marketing budget for production, digital, and fees;
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in advertising, communication and/or digital marketing, business;
- 5-10 years experience;
- Advertising Coordinator, advertising agency staff, sales experience would be beneficial;
- Digital media knowledge, communication, analytics, time management, creative, project management Analytical and Problem solving skills.
